As a Problem Lab member, you get:

  • Up to two deep problems per month reviewed and turned into clear plans
  • Plan updates as your situation and results change

  • Honest feedback when an idea is unrealistic or a better path appears

Membership is not therapy, legal advice or emergency support. It is ongoing clarity, planning and strategy for serious real-life decisions.

Monthly Membership

$79 per month
  • Up to two deep problems per month

Best if you want to try membership for a shorter period or are in a season of change and want help month by month.

Yearly Membership

$699 per year
  • Everything in Monthly Membership
  • Pay once for 12 months of access
  • Effective discount compared to paying monthly
  • Ideal if you know you’re in a long season of building or transition

How Membership Works

1. You fill the Membership Application form.

You choose your track and share the main problem you want to work on. This gives context for your future plans.

2. After submitting, you complete payment via PayPal.

You’ll be shown Monthly and Yearly payment buttons. You can pay with your PayPal balance or, in many countries, a debit/credit card through PayPal.

3. You receive a welcome email.

You’ll get details on how to send your problems or updates, how often you can submit, and expected response times.

4. You send your first problem or update.

You can either submit a fresh diagnosis or email context if you already have a plan in progress. From there, plans and updates are created for your 30–90 day cycles.

Note: At launch, payments are processed as one-time charges through PayPal. On your PayPal receipt, the payment will appear as “Upjob Services”, the payment name used for this service.
